Lynn L. Bergeson to Participate in Key Upcoming Nanotechnology Meetings and Conferences

The ACTA Group

Earlier this month, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published in the Federal Register its long-awaited Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 8(a) proposed rule concerning reporting and recordkeeping requirements for certain chemical substances when manufactured or processed at the nanoscale (see our memoranda EPA Proposes Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements for Nanoscale Materials and EPA Opens Docket for Proposed TSCA Section 8(a) Rule for Nanomaterials).

The presentations, roundtables, and discussions at the upcoming nanotech events listed below will be invaluable opportunities for nanotech stakeholders to delve into the latest developments, including the impact of EPA’s proposed rule and developing strategies to address the rule when it is issued in final. We encourage you to make plans to attend one or more of them.

  • NanoBCA D.C. Roundtable 2015, May 19-20, 2015, Washington, D.C.: The 15th NanoBusiness Commercialization Association (NanoBCA) D.C. Roundtable brings together leading start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, research institutions, non-governmental organizations (NGO), and public-private partnerships, as well as business leaders, investors, venture capitalists, scientists, engineers, government officials, and visionaries who are driving the nanotechnology revolution. Lynn L.
