Christopher Bryant delivers over 25 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance, hazardous waste management and regulation under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and related legislative, regulatory, and policy issues. Clients benefit from both his extensive field experience at the implementation level and his extraordinary knowledge of how regulations, policies, and legislation impact business operations. When General Electric selected a handful of professionals to develop and deliver global leadership EHS training, Mr. Bryant was at the top of its list. He has also conducted RCRA training at hundreds of locations, audited hazardous waste facilities for compliance, and conducted advocacy at the federal and state levels for his clients with RCRA requirements.

For The Acta Group (Acta®) clients, Mr. Bryant provides EHS compliance assistance, EHS management system development, assessment and implementation, and strategic development on EHS issues. He is a powerful advocate on federal, state, and international environmental issues, as well as with federal and state lawmakers. In all his efforts, Mr. Bryant approaches issues with the goal of resolution and a singular focus on how to best serve the client.

  • Trains organizations in due diligence and compliance and delivers advocacy when needed for issues not addressed by EPA. When purchasing or setting up businesses internationally, companies often rely on Mr. Bryant’s valuable insights into interpretation, requirements, and compliance of U.S. agency rules and regulations.

  • Conducts leadership training to multinational, Fortune 100 companies. Mr. Bryant provides a unique two-day EHS training course to operations managers at one of the largest technology companies in the world. His management training and insights provide a clear understanding of what is expected of them from an environmental perspective.

  • Works through industry, legal, regulatory, and government avenues to get new, and oftentimes revolutionary, technologies recognized for clients.

  • Provides RCRA hazardous waste consulting and advocacy. Mr. Bryant has helped companies create their RCRA hazardous waste management programs, audited these programs, and provided scores of training on the RCRA regulatory requirements across the country.
