The Acta Group EU, Ltd (Acta®) is expanding its regulatory services and is offering the exciting prospect of working with a fast growing, international chemical products consulting group. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our European office based in Manchester, UK. The ideal candidate will be trained and experienced with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Paralegal training and bookkeeping or light accounting experience is preferred.

Job Details:

The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in a regulatory consultancy is preferred, but not essential. The candidate will work closely with regulatory professionals and interact with clients. The successful candidate will assist regulatory professionals with obtaining annual volume and use information for REACH Only Representative clients; and assist with downstream user communications, including REACH Conformity letters, Letters of Access, and SIEF communications. Other functions will include proof reading correspondence, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and working with Acta’s accountants, professional staff and clients to process invoices. A minimum of three years experience is required.
