Overview

Carolyn Wray is Regulatory Assistant for The Acta Group (Acta®). Based in Acta’s Manchester, England, office, Ms. Wray assists with the preparation of contracts, data sharing agreements, and other required notices; prepares documents drafted by firm professionals in final for submission to clients and government entities; coordinates client meetings and conferences; and ensures the efficient day-to-day functioning of the firm’s professionals.
