The International Bar Association (IBA) Agricultural Law Section, Advancing Land-based Investment Governance (ALIGN), and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), presents “Capacity development webinar for lawyers on responsible investments in agriculture: Asia Pacific focus,” a webinar focusing on responsible investment in agriculture in the Asia Pacific geographic region. Utilising the contributions of the Committee on World Food Security Principles for Responsible Investment in Agriculture and Food Systems (CFS RAI Principles) and the Voluntary Guidelines on the Responsible Governance on Tenure (VGGT), attendees will better understand their application in everyday legal work related to investments in agriculture for the Asia Pacific region.
