This webinar, presented by the Air & Waste Management Association (A&WMA), will feature James Alwood and Kenneth Moss of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Nanomaterials Team, New Chemicals Management Branch, Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics, who will discuss how the U.S. regulatory framework is facilitating nanomaterial commercialization and the process for notifications of nanomaterials under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Lynn L. Bergeson, Managing Partner of B&C, will address the beneficial applications of nanomaterials, and strategies stakeholders can pursue to ensure their nano activities are undertaken lawfully.
