Overview

Alexander E. Howard, MS is a Toxicologist and Regulatory Scientist with The Acta Group (Acta®) responsible for placing and monitoring studies to support global product registrations. Mr. Howard’s experience includes serving as lead monitoring scientist at a Fortune 500 global agrichemical company responsible for ecotoxicology, physical chemistry, and fate and effects studies; and performing hazard and risk assessments on new and existing chemicals for both human health and environmental endpoints for numerous large clients as a consultant. His scientific acumen was honed as a lab researcher doing in vivo and in vitro epigenetic and endocrinology research.
