Mayra T. Johnson, CPA

Ms. Johnson’s two decades of accounting and financial management experience include roles of increasing responsibility with outside accounting firms and in-house financial departments, most recently as assistant director of accounting with the American Federation of Teachers (AFT), where she was responsible for managing the financial audit requirements of AFT and its related entities and led the training and preparation of the annual multi departmental budget.

Ms. Johnson has led internal accounting teams through major system migrations and has been a critical resource in identifying and implementing more efficient processes at various levels of the organization.
