Practicing Law Institute’s Environmental Regulation 2016 is a 1-day program that will review recent activities in environmental regulation affecting compliance obligations for a range of businesses and organizations.  The program will cover the impact of recent court decisions, new regulations and initiatives affecting regulated entities, and practical suggestions for management and compliance.  Acta President Lynn L.
