DRI’s Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Committee, in conjunction with the American Chemistry Council (ACC), presented “Toxic Torts and Environmental Law: Building a Modern Toolkit to Face Emerging Issues.” This two day conference featured the latest science and regulatory developments for both litigators and counselors to learn new hits and old standards. Lynn L. Bergeson, President of The Acta Group (Acta^®), and James J. Jones, Executive Vice President at the Consumer Specialty Products Association, presented “New TSCA: Repercussions in Commercial Transactions, Supply Chain Relationships, and Toxic Tort and Product Liability Law.”
