Value Chain Communications, May 28, 2020, via webinar

The American Coatings Association (ACA) presented the “Value Chain Communications” webinar featuring Lynn L. Bergeson, Managing Partner, Bergeson & Campbell, P.C. (B&C^®). This webinar provided an overview of communicating the presence of chemicals in products from suppliers to manufacturers. The webinar addressed Safety Data Sheets, Consent Order provisions, as well as Significant New Use Restrictions (SNUR) conditions under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
